Kyle Newsom is the Founder and CEO of The KAMBER Group, a business development and consulting company. He works with owners and leaders to strengthen sales, simplify operations, and put practical AI to work.

Kyle’s career began in his family’s automotive service business, sweeping floors and washing cars before becoming a technician. He went on to lead dealership service and parts operations as a Fixed Operations Director across multiple brands.
That progression shaped how he approaches business today: understand the work, find what is holding people back, and build a clear way forward. His experience now spans company ownership, executive operations, consulting, and leadership development.
He founded KAMBER in 2022. Owned by Kyle and Amber Newsom, the company helps owners connect their plans for growth to the people, processes, and tools needed to carry them out.
At KAMBER, that means developing sales teams, improving lead follow-up, simplifying everyday workflows, and implementing AI where it can save time. Kyle and the team support the work through implementation, with clear expectations and practical training.
